Material: The most popular is aluminum profile because it is light, durable, rust-proof and easy to process. In addition, some types can be made of stainless steel (for special environments) or ABS plastic (less common for large square types). Surface finish: Usually powder coated in porcelain white (RAL 9010/9016) or other colors upon request, helping to increase the aesthetics and durability of the product.
Frame: The outer part of the air vent, usually made from high-grade aluminum profile (A6063T5 grade) with a thickness of about 0.85mm - 1.2mm. The frame has stiffening ribs and corner brackets to ensure strength and aesthetics.
Core/Slat: The inner part, including many aluminum slats arranged in a special shape (usually aluminum sheets forming concentric layers or X-shaped) to direct and diffuse the air flow. The core can usually be removed from the frame for easy installation, maintenance and cleaning.
Good wind diffusion: Distributes wind evenly and widely throughout the space, especially in 4 directions.
High aesthetics: Simple, modern design, easy to blend with many types of ceilings (plaster ceilings, false ceilings) and different architectural spaces.
